Colonial’s Individual Investment Plan (IIP) is a versatile plan that provides attractive and flexible investment options designed to help you achieve your financial goals. No matter your personal financial goal, Colonial’s IIP offers flexible savings and investment vehicles. Setting up an Individual Investment Plan with Colonial Pensions is easy. Come in and chat with one of our representatives who will guide you through the process.

Documentation

You will be required to complete our standard Know Your Customer (KYC) forms, our IIP Agreement and an Enrolment Form. Once your account has been approved by Compliance, you can begin your savings/investment program with Colonial Pensions.

Contributions

These can include a transfer from a former employer’s plan, regular monthly payments or lump sum contributions. The IIP can accommodate both “locked-in” and “non-locked-in” amounts.

Minimum Monthly Contribution - $200 per month

Monthly Administration Fee - $8

Flexible Investment Options

Your contributions are invested in a mix of investment funds reflecting your personal return objectives relative to your tolerance for risk. 

Available Fund Options*

You can choose from the Conservative Fund, the Moderate Fund or the Aggressive Fund options. These are proven funds offering competitive long-term returns.
